摘要
螺杆泵定子橡胶会在CO_2气侵及快速降压(泄爆)的过程中产生破坏。为研究不同定子橡胶材料耐CO_2气侵及泄爆性能,利用Cortest高温高压反应釜模拟井下高温高压、高含CO_2条件,并采用自制试验检测装置对8种国内常用定子橡胶材料开展CO_2气侵及泄爆试验。试验结果表明:橡胶材料在含CO_2环境中会由于CO_2气侵而导致体积有所增加,当压力迅速降低时,橡胶样品体积会迅速变大后再减小,且这种变化随着CO_2体积分数的升高而加剧。所选8种定子橡胶材料中,2#、3#、8#试样耐CO_2气侵及泄爆性能较好,推荐在高含CO_2的井下条件下作为定子橡胶材料。所得结论可为含有CO_2的井下定子橡胶材料选择提供理论依据。
The stator rubber of the PCP(progressing cavity pump)will cause damage during the process of CO 2 gas penetration and RGD(rapid gas decompression).In order to study the CO 2 gas penetration and RGD performance of different stator rubber materials,the Cortest high temperature and high pressure reactor was used to simulate the high temperature and high pressure and high CO 2 conditions.The self-made test equipment was used to carry out CO 2 gas penetration and RGD test on 8 kinds of domestic commonly used stator rubber materials.The test results showed that the rubber material will increase in volume owing to CO 2 gas penetration.When the pressure is rapidly reduced,the rubber sample volume will rapidly increase and then decrease,whose volume change would be increased with the CO 2 volume fraction.Among the 8 kinds of stator rubber materials,the 2#,3#,8#samples showed good CO 2 gas penetration and RGD resistance performance,and were recommended as stator rubber materials under high CO 2 environment.The study could provide theoretical bases for the selection of downhole PCP stator rubber materials under CO 2 environment.
