摘要
为了明确河南省设施保护地蔬菜根结线虫的种类和分布,采集了河南省地区17个县市的根结线虫病样,利用形态鉴别法和PCR分子技术进行根结线虫种类鉴定。结果表明,新乡、驻马店等地区黄瓜、番茄等蔬菜受根结线虫的危害严重,根结指数达到49.8以上,对根结线虫进行形态学鉴定和分子鉴定表明,侵染河南省设施保护地内番茄、黄瓜、甜瓜的主要根结线虫种群属于南方根结线虫1号小种,并未发现其他根结线虫种类。
In order to investigate the species of root knot nematodes in protected vegetables in Henan,the samples of root knot nematodes from 17 counties in henan province were collected,and morphological identification method and PCR molecular technique were used to identify nematode species in this reearch.The results showed that the vegetables such as cucumber and tomato were seriously affected by nematodes in Xinxiang,Zhumadian,and the root knot index was above 49.8.Morphological and molecular identification of nematodes showed that the root knot nematode was southern root knot nematodes Meloidogyne incognita race 1,and no other root nematode species were found.
