摘要
运用溶胶-凝胶原理在聚偏氟乙烯膜表面涂覆二氧化钛胶体颗粒,来改善膜表面的亲水性,延缓膜表面污染时间。通过膜通量、接触角的测定,扫描电镜的观察,得出改性膜既能保持原来的通量,又增大了润湿性,使膜表面被污水中有机物污染时间延长,通过膜阻力分析,找出膜污染的主要原因及清洗后膜通量的比较,最后得出结论,在一定的涂覆条件下,改性膜表面污染能够被延缓,膜污染主要是由污水中有机物在膜表面形成浓差极化及凝聚层造成。
The membrane surface was coated with titamium dioxide colloid by using the sol-gel principle,and the hydrophilicity of polyvinylidene fluoride(PVDF)membrane surface was changed,to delay the membrane surface pollution.The membrane flux and contact angle was measured,and SEM was observed,the modified membrane can not only keep the initial flux,but also increase the wettability,and was reduced the pollution time of organic pollutants in sewage.The membrane resistance was analysed,and the main reasons of membrane pollution was found out and membrane flux was compared after cleaning.It is concluded that modified membrane can be slowed the pollution rate.The concentration polarization and semi solid gel laye formed the main pollution of membrane surface in sewage.
