摘要
为提高手机外壳高光铣削加工质量,对钻攻中心在不同切削参数下切削力对刀具变形误差和表面质量的影响进行研究。建立刀具不同位置受力变形理论模型,得出刀具变形规律。利用测力仪和主轴误差测试系统,对钻攻中心的切削特性进行量化试验研究,验证刀具变形理论模型正确性。试验结果表明:切削时刀具的动态误差并不完全随着切削力的增加而增大,而是表现一定的规律性。切削力的时域信号幅值分布趋势与平均切削力的分布规律略有不同。切削时刀具的动态误差受切削力的影响不显著,而粗糙度随着切削力的增大会变差。切削力随切削用量增加而增大。
To improve the quality of the milling machining of mobile phone,the influence of cutting force to tool deformation error and surface quality was studied.On the basis of analysing the milling state,the cutting tool deformation theory model was established,and the cutting tool deformation law was obtained.Using the cutting dynamometer and spindle error testing system,the quantitative test study of cutting characteristics of drilling and tapping center was proceeded,and the cutting deformation theory model was verified.The test results show that the dynamic error of cutting tool does not increase with the increase of cutting force,but shows certain regularity.The trend of the amplitude distribution of the cutting force in time domain is slightly different from that of the average cutting force.The dynamic error of cutting tools is not affected by cutting force,and roughness decreases with the increase of cutting force.The cutting force increases with the increase of cutting parameters.
