摘要
为满足大口径长焦距空间望远镜在轨像差校正的要求,提出采用出瞳变形镜技术方案。首先分析了在轨误差源以及主动校正像差的必要性,建立了变形镜高斯影响函数模型,给出变形镜控制矩阵和控制电压解算方法;在此基础上,通过对波前畸变模拟校正误差分析,确定方法的有效性。通过有限元对主镜在轨工况条件分析,得到离散点坐标值及相应的位移值,处理数据用于出瞳变形镜校正,完成在轨主动光学校正全链路仿真。
In order to satisfy aberration correction in orbit for the large aperture and long focal length space telescope,a technical scheme was proposed for the use of the pupil deformable mirror.First the error sources were analyzed on orbit and the necessity of active correction.Deformable mirror influence function model of Gauss,providing the deformable mirror control matrix and the control voltage calculation method was set up.On this basis,through the simulation of the wavefront aberration correction error analysis,the effectiveness of method were determined.Based on the finite element analysis of the main mirror on orbit,the coordinates of the discrete points and the corresponding displacement values are obtained,and the processing data are used to correct the pupil deformable mirror,and complete the active optical correction of the full link simulation.
