摘要
目的探讨留置气囊导尿管改良无痛拔出方法在临床上的应用。方法将2016年12月至2017年6月本科的男性全麻术后行留置导尿患者92例,按随机数字法分为2组,每组46例,实验组采用改良拔管法,对照组采用传统拔管法,比较两组患者拔出尿管后的排尿情况。结果实验组与对照组在拔出导尿管后的排尿情况有明显差异,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论留置导尿管改良拔出法可以有效减少男性患者全麻术后留置导尿患者拔管的痛苦,不良反应以及尿道损伤,操作方法更趋于合理。
Objective to explore the clinical application of the improved painless extraction method of indwelling balloon catheter.Methods from December 2016 to June 2017 in 92 cases of male general anesthesia postoperative indwelling catheter patients were randomly divided into 2 groups,46 cases in each group,the experimental group adopted modified extubation method,the control group used the traditional extubation method,compared two groups of patients with catheter after urination.Results there was a significant difference in urination between the experimental group and the control group after pulling out the catheter,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion indwelling catheter improved pull out method can effectively reduce the pain,adverse reactions and urethral injuries of male patients after general anesthesia,and the operation method is more reasonable.
