摘要
目的:探讨结直肠癌患者中胰岛素抵抗与血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)水平之间的关系。方法:收治结直肠癌患者82例,根据是否存在胰岛素抵抗分为观察组和对照组,测定胰岛素抵抗指数(IR)、VEGF水平。结果:VEGF与IR呈平行性增加,呈正相关(r=0.89,P<0.01)。结论:监测胰岛素抵抗指数,判断VEGF水平变化,预测疗效,指导用药。
Objective:To explore the correlation between insulin resistance and vascular endothelial growth factor level(VEGF)in patients with colorectal cancer.Methods:82 patients with colorectal cancer were selected and they were divided into the observation group and the control group according to whether there was insulin resistance,we measured the insulin resistance index(IR)and the level of VEGF.Results:VEGF and IR were increased in parallelism,it was positively correlated(r=0.89,P<0.01).Conclusion:Monitoring the insulin resistance index can judge the change of VEGF level,so as to predict the curative effect and guide the medication.
