摘要
目的:探讨三维适形调强放疗在非小细胞肺癌治疗中的疗效。方法:收治非小细胞肺癌患者69例,随机分为两组。对照组给予常规三维适形放疗,观察组给予三维适形调强放疗,比较两组临床疗效、不良反应发生率、1年及3年存活率。结果:对照组治疗总有效率低于观察组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率为50.00%,略低于对照组的51.43%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组1、3年存活率均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:三维适形调强放疗用于非小细胞肺癌的短期疗效、远期疗效均较好。
Objective:To evaluate the curative effect of three-dimensional and intensity modulated radiation therapy in the treatment of non-small cell lung cancer.Methods:69 cases of patients with non-small cell lung cancer were divided into two groups randomly.The control group was given conventional three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy,and the observation group was given three-dimensional and intensity modulated radiation therapy,the clinical effect,the incidence of toxicity,the one-year survival rate and the three-year survival rate were compared between the two groups.Results:T the total effective rate of the control group was 65.71%,which was lower than that of the observation group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The one-year survival rate and three-year survival rate of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Three-dimensional and intensity modulated radiation therapy in the treatment of non-small cell lung cancer had better short-term curative effect and better long-term curative effect.
