摘要
基于非等温条件下天然气管道的稳态泄漏,对国内外现有天然气管道泄漏模型的关键参数进行修正,建立了长输天然气管道小孔泄漏、管道泄漏和大孔泄漏模型。针对长输天然气管道泄漏三种状态提出两状态模式并通过实证分析,该模型能更准确地表征管道泄漏量、泄漏孔口内外温度和压力分布等实际情况。d<15%D时,运用小孔模型进行计算更符合实际;85%D<d时,应用管道模型进行计算更合理;20%D<d<100%D时,可使用大孔泄漏模型计算。
Based on the steady state leakage of natural gas pipelines under non-isothermal conditions,the key parameters of existing gas pipeline leakage models at home and abroad were modified,and long distance gas pipeline leakage models of small hole leakage,pipe leakage and big hole leakage were established.Aiming at the three states of long distance gas pipeline leakage,a two state model was put forward.It was verified that the model can characterize the natural gas pipeline leakage,the distribution of temperature and pressure inside and outside the leakage orifice more accurately.The small hole model is more accurate when d<15%D,the pipe model is more rational when 85%D<d and the big hole model is applicable when 20%D<d<100%D.
