摘要
2015年5月,教育部相继印发《中小学生艺术素质测评办法》《中小学校艺术教育工作自评办法》《中小学校艺术教育发展年度报告办法》三个文件,将艺术素质测评落实到学校,为学校艺术教育提供具体的评价指标、操作办法等,这标志着国家对美育的重视正实现从宏观政策引领到行动指导和行为监督的实质性转向。一时间,"艺术素质测评"成了艺术教育界的热门话题。本文从政策研究和文献研究两个角度,对2014—2017年关于艺术素质测评的相关政策、文献、重要事件及相关热点等进行整理分析和总结回顾,为业界研究中小学艺术测评耙梳出基本线索和图景。
In May 2015,the Ministry of Education has successively issued three documents of“Methods for evaluating the artistic quality of primary and middle school students”,“Self-evaluation method of art education in primary and secondary schools”and“Annual report on the development of art education in primary and secondary schools”.The evaluation of artistic quality was implemented in schools,and school art education was provided with specific evaluation indicators and operational methods.This indicates that the country’s emphasis on aesthetic education is actually turning from macro policy to action guidance and behavior supervision.For a time,the“evaluation of artistic quality”has become a hot topic in the art education field.From the perspective of policy research and literature research,this paper collates and summarizes relevant policies,documents,important events and related hot spots on the evaluation of artistic quality from2014 to 2017,and combs out basic clues and scenes for theindustry’s research on art evaluation in primary and secondary schools.
