摘要
区县教师进修学校是我国支持一线教师专业发展的重要力量。基于1953年至2017年期刊中题目包含教师进修学校的相关文献来看,我国区县教师进修学校的研究史可大致划分为萌芽阶段(1953年—1989年)、成长阶段(1990年至2001年)和发展阶段(2002年至今)三个时期,研究机构主要有福建教育学院、浙江省富阳市教师进修学校、江苏省通州市教师进修学校、长春市绿园区教师进修学校等,研究主题涉及区县教师进修学校的发展定位、教师队伍建设、存在的问题和改革路径四个方面。总体而言近年来我国区县教师进修学校的研究成果较为丰富,但也存在着研究力量分散、实证研究偏少等诸多问题。
Local teacher training schools play an important role in teacher professional development in China.Based on the journal articles that include teacher training schools from 1953 to 2017,the research history could be divided into three stages:sprouting period(1953-1989),growing period(1990-2001)and developing period(2002-now).The research agencies we investigated mainly include:the Fujian Institute of Education,the teacher training school of Fuyang city in Zhejiang Province,the teacher training school of Tongzhou city in Jiangsu Province,and the teacher training school of Changchun city.The research themes mainly include four parts:the goals and orientations of local teachers training schools,the building of teacher force,the problems and the strategies for reform.Generally speaking,there are abundant research achievements,but the literature has plenty of room for growth,including diversification of research,lack of empirical study and so on.
