摘要
目的探讨舒适护理在手术室护理工作中的临床效果。方法选取2017年1月~2018年1月手术室进行手术的患者100例纳入研究。根据护理方法不同分为干预组和对照组,每组50例。对照组行常规护理,干预组行舒适护理。比较分析两组患者的舒适度及并发症情况。结果干预组患者的舒适度明显优于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预组患者的并发症发生率为8.00%,明显低于对照组的24.00%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在手术室护理工作中采取舒适护理,有利于提高患者的舒适度,减少术后并发症。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of comfort care in operating room nursing.Methods 100 patients who underwent surgery in the operating room from January 2017 to January 2018 were included in the study.According to the nursing mode,the 100 patients were divided into intervention group and control group,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with usual care,and the intervention group was treated with comfort care.The patients'comfort level and complications were compared and analyzed.Results The comfort level of patients in the intervention group was significantly higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence rate of complications in the intervention group(8.00%)was significantly lower than that in the control group(24.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Comfort care in operating room nursing can improve patients'comfort level and reduce the incidence rate of postoperative complications.
