摘要
介绍了基于UG平台的机床夹具设计方法。首先建立了基于UG平台的夹具标准元件图库;然后根据夹具设计方案,把需要的定位元件、夹紧元件以及辅助元件直接复制到夹具装配文件夹中,并按照装配关系依次装配各元件;再按照各元件尺寸位置设计夹具体,并装配成三维实体夹具;最后把三维实体夹具转换为二维夹具装配图,并以铣床夹具为例进行验证。
The design method of machine tool fixture based on UG platform is introduced.First,the fixture standard element library based on UG platform is set up.Then,according to the fixture design scheme,the required positioning components,clamping components and auxiliary components are directly copied into the fixture assembly folder,and each component is assembled in accordance with the assembly relationship.Then the design clip is specific and assembled into three according to the size and position of each component.Finally,the three-dimensional entity fixture is transformed into two dimensional fixture assembly drawing,and the milling machine fixture is used as an example to verify.
