摘要
语篇意识有利于学生的阅读理解和书面产出,而词汇衔接是语篇意识构建的重要组成部分。本文通过Halliday和Hasan的衔接理论,分析《经济学人》时文词汇衔接方式,旨在探讨构建学生语篇词汇衔接意识的途径,挖掘文本分析在英语报刊选读课程教学中的价值。
Discourse consciousness is critical to students’reading comprehension and writing,and lexical cohesion is one integral part of building up students’discourse consciousness.The paper takes one article in Economist as an example to carry out text analysis based on Halliday and Hasan’s cohesion theory with the aim of exploring means of cultivating students’consciousness in lexical cohesion and making full use of text analysis in English journalistic reading teaching.
