摘要
目的探索危重患者护理访视追踪模式的构建以及评价其临床效果。方法选取我院2017年1~12月治疗的危重患者60例,随机分成对照组和观察组,每组30例。在护理手段上,两组患者施以不同的对待,对照组实施危重患者护理常规,观察组实施危重患者上报护理访视追踪管理,并评价该模式对危重患者护理质量的影响。结果通过护理访视追踪,我们发现,相比较对照组的患者而言,观察组的危重患者护理质量平均得分、护理质量检查出现问题次数及患者对医护人员所施以的护理质量满意度都较优,且两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组不良事件发生率6.7%低于对照组26.7%(P<0.05)。结论在对待危重患者时,相比较一些简单和常规的护理,危重患者上报护理访视追踪模式在危重患者管理中的应用不仅提高了危重患者的护理质量,也提高了护理工作效率,同时有效确保危重患者生命安全,具有实用性,值得临床推广。
Objective To explore the construction and evaluation of follow-up mode of nursing care in critically ill patients.Methods Sixty patients treated in our hospital from January 2017 to December 2017 were selected.All 60 patients were in severe condition and were divided equally into two groups randomly,30 patients in the control group and observation group.The control group implemented the routine care,and the observation group implemented the management of follow-up visits and the impact of this mode on the quality of care of critically ill patients were evaluated.Results Through follow-up mode of nursing care,the average score of nursing quality in the critical patients,the number of problems in the nursing quality examination and the satisfaction of the patients to the medical staff were much higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse events in the observation group was 6.7%and higher than that in the control group(26.7%),P<0.05.Conclusion In the treatment of critically ill patients,compared with some simple and conventional nursing,the application of the follow-up model of critical patients to the management of critically ill patients not only improves the nursing quality of the critically ill patients,but also improves the efficiency of nursing,at the same time,it is effective to ensure the safety of the critically ill patients,which is practical and worthy of clinical practice.
