摘要
目的探讨角色体验法在传染病外科实习护生护理安全教育中的效果。方法选取本科室2016届实习护生作为对照组,2017届实习护生为试验组。对照组根据实习大纲,制定培训计划,采用常规教学方法,以PPT授课为主;试验组在此基础上增加护患角色体验法教学,即让护生分别扮演护士和患者,通过切身体验来增强学习效果,强化工作责任感。结果试验组在理论、实际操作方面的考核成绩及护理安全意识上优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论角色体验法在护理安全工作培训中有较好成效,可以采用并推广。
Objective To explore the effect of role experience method on the nursing safety education of nursing students in infectious diseases surgery practice.Methods At department of liver cancer surgery in our hospital,nursing students graduated in 2016 and in 2017 were enrolled as the control group and experimental group,respectively.The control group was trained by conventional teaching methods,which mainly used PPT,according to training plan based on the internship program.In addition to conventional training as control group,nursing students in the experimental group received nurse-patient experience training,that is,they played the roles of nurses or patients to experience abnormalities in medical care,thus enhancing learn effect and strengthening their responsibility in nursing practice.Results Nursing students in the experimental group were superior to those in control group regarding the theory and operation performance as well as nursing safety awareness(P<0.05).Conclusions Role experience method may achieve better results in nursing safety training and is worthy of application and promotion.
