摘要
目的:探讨早发冠心病患者的主观幸福感现状及影响因素。方法:采取自行设计的一般资料调查表、医学应对问卷(MCMQ)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)及总体幸福感量表(GWB)对103例早发冠心病患者进行问卷调查。结果:早发冠心病患者主观幸福感得分(59.44±8.75),多因素分析显示,焦虑、面对、屈服、婚姻状态、年龄、性生活次数、人均月收入与糖尿病是其影响因素。结论:早发冠心病患者主观幸福感水平不高,其幸福感受焦虑、婚姻状态、年龄、性生活次数、人均月收入等多种因素的影响,护理人员在提供护理措施时应综合考虑各种影响因素。
Objective:To explore the current situation and influence factors of subjective well-being for patient with premature coronary artery disease.Method:Carrying out the survey for 103 patients with premature coronary artery disease in self-designed general data questionnaire,MCMQ,SAS and GWB.Result:The score of GWB of patient with premature coronary artery disease is 59.44±8.75,which influenced by multiple factors with anxiety,reply,yield,marital status,age,sex life,per capita monthly income and diabetes.Conclusion:The patients with low subjective well-being affected by anxiety,marital status,age,sex life,per capita monthly income and other factors,therefore,the nurses should take into account varied influenced factors to take care of patients.
