摘要
针对汽车扰流板内板注射成型翘曲变形大问题,基于数值模拟与迭代修正方法的预变形反补偿法来控制塑件的翘曲变形,对塑件数模进行迭代预变形设计,并且根据数值模拟结果确定最佳预变形反补偿方案,最后以预变形后的塑件数模为依据,设计制造模具并且应用到实际生产中,得到了符合要求的产品。
In order to solve the problem of large warpage deformation of car spoiler inner panel,the pre-deformation anti-compensation method based on numerical simulation and iterative correction method is introduced to control the warpage of plastic parts.The iterative pre-deformation design of plastic parts is carried out and the best pre-deformation anti-compensation scheme is determined according to the simulation results.Finally,the mould is designed and manufactured based on the digital model of pre-deformed plastic part,then applied to the actual production,and the qualified products are obtained.
