Genetic Variation of Early Growth in Different Provenances of Michelia macclurei

摘要 本研究以6年生火力楠(Michelia macclurei)种源试验林为材料,利用SAS软件相关模型,估算各林龄生长性状的种源方差分量、种源重复力、变异系数,了解生长性状遗传参数随林龄变化趋势。结果表明:胸径的极差最大,6年生时胸径极差已达到13.5 cm,生长性状极差和标准差随着林龄的增加而增大;树高的变异系数最小,单株材积的变异系数最大;历年树高和D3种源间差异极显著(P<0.001),D5种源间差异极显著(P<0.01),其余性状种源间差异显著(P<0.05);种源遗传力变化范围为0.41~0.66,遗传力随林龄的变化平稳,单株材积的遗传及表型变异系数明显大于树高和胸径。火力楠种源生长性状在不同的生长阶段变化显著,不同阶段所受的遗传控制基本相同。通过对火力楠生长性状遗传参数随林龄变化趋势的分析,为火力楠下一步的改良提供依据。 The forest of 6-year-old Michelia macclurei provenance was used as the research material to esti?mate the variance component of provenance,provenance repetitiveness,and variation coefficient of growth trails of each stand age by using the SAS-related models,in order to understand the genetic parameters of growth traits as stand age changed.Results showed that the range of DBH was the maximum,and the DBH has reached 13.5 cm at the age of 6 years.The range and standard deviation of growth traits increased with the in?crease of forest age.The coefficient of variation of tree height was the smallest and the coefficient of variation of individual volume was the biggest.The height of different ages and D3 showed extremely significant differences between provenances over the past years(P<0.001).D5 showed extremely significant difference between provenances(P<0.01),and the other traits of provenances showed significant differences between prove?nances(P<0.05).The range of provenance heritability was from 0.41 to 0.66.Heritability was stable with the change of forest age.The phenotypic and genetic variation coefficients of individual volume were bigger than the tree height and DBH.The growth traits of provenances varied significantly in different stages,and the genetic control in different stages was basically the same.Through the analysis of the genetic parameters of growth traits with the change of the forest age,it provided the basis for the improvement of the plant in the fu?ture.
