摘要
为测定金银花露中芳樟醇含量,采用Agilent HP-5色谱柱(30m×0.32mm×0.25μm),程序升温从70℃到250℃,柱流量3mL/min,进样量1.0μL,内标物正辛醇,建立了气相色谱内标法。测定结果表明,24种金银花露产品中有8种未检出芳樟醇信号,16种产品的芳樟醇含量在12.30~31.47μg/100mL范围波动,其中13种产品中芳樟醇的含量均低于折算后罗田金银花干花的含量,且部分批次产品间芳樟醇含量差异显著(P<0.05)。该方法准确、可靠,可用于金银花露芳樟醇含量的定量检测,测定结果进一步表明金银花露产品质量有待规范,并为金银花露的质量控制提供了试验依据。
The linalool contents in Lonicera japonica distillate samples were determined by gas chromatography(GC)with 1-octanol as internal standard.The Agilent HP-5 column(30 mx0.32 mmx0.25um)was used as stationary phase with programmed temperature from 70℃to 250℃.,and the injection volume was set as 1.0ul with a flow rate of 3 ml/min.Among 24 kinds of L.japonica distillate products,the linalool contents in 16 products mainly ranged between 12.30-31.47ug/100 ml,and not detected in other 8 samples.The linalool contents of 13 L.japonica distillate products were lower than that in corrected L.japonica content from Luotian county,and there were significant differences in the linalool contents between batches of L.japonica distillate products(P<0.05).The GC method was accurate and reliable and can be used for quantitative detection of linalool in L.japonica distillate.The determination results showed that the quality of L.japonica distillate products should be standardized,and this study provided experimental basis for the quality control of L.japonica distillate products.
