摘要
分别采用不同浓度的PEG(0%,5%,10%和15%)模拟干旱胁迫,对30 d苗龄的盆栽大豆幼苗进行干旱胁迫处理,分析2个杂交大豆品种开花期对干旱胁迫的生理响应.结果表明,干旱胁迫导致2个杂交大豆叶片的SPAD值、丙二醛含量升高,脯氨酸含量降低;杂交豆5号的可溶性糖含量和谷胱甘肽还原酶活性升高,而杂交豆2号表现出相反趋势.根据干旱胁迫后2个品种大豆的表型特征和对上述5种生理指标的综合反应,杂交豆5号比杂交豆2号表现出更强的耐干旱胁迫能力,可作为耐旱品种加以推广.
To determinethe responses of two hybrid soybean varieties to drought stress at the flowering stage,thirty-day potted hybrid soybean seedlings were treated with 0,5,10,and 15%PEG.Drought stress increased SPAD value and MDA content in leaves of both hybrids.The soluble sugar content and glutathione reductase activity of hybrid soybean 5 were increased under PEG stress in contrast to hybrid soybean 2.Hybrid soybean 5 showed stronger resistance to drought stress compared to hybrid soybean 2,and could be considered as a drought-tolerant variety.
