摘要
目的针对微生物检验现状,总结微生物检验标本质量管理控制对策,为医院检验质量持续改进提供科学依据。方法 2014年2月~2016年3月收集我院检验科收到的256例不合格微生物检验标本,统计标本来源于不合格原因。结果 256例不合格检验标本来源为痰液标本(42.19%)、尿液标本(33.20%)、血液标本(14.45%)、分泌物标本(5.08%)、粪便标本(2.73%)、无菌液标本(2.34%)。形成不合格标本的原因为标本污染(26.95%),采集时间错误(22.66%)次之。结论根据微生物检验标本所存在的问题,应当加强微生物检验质量管理控制,保证检验结果准确性的关键。
Objective To summarize the quality management and control measures of microbiological examination samples according to the present situation of microbiological examination,and to provide scientific basis for continuous improvement of the quality of hospital laboratory quality.Methods From February 2014 to March 2016,256 unqualified microbiological samples were collected from our laboratory.Statistical specimens were derived from unqualified causes.Results 256 cases of unqualified specimens were collected from sputum specimens(42.19%),urine specimens(33.20%),blood specimens(14.45%),secretions(5.08%),fecal specimens(2.73%),sterile liquid specimens(2.34%).The cause of formation of unqualified specimens was contamination of specimens(26.95%),and the time of collection(22.66%).Conclusion According to the problems existing in the microbiological examination specimens,we should strengthen the control of microbiological examination quality management and ensure the accuracy of the inspection results.
