摘要
目的探讨催产素引产过程中体位管理对促进产程进展的临床效果。方法回顾性分析2014年12月至2016年3月住院期间符合催产素引产指证入产房静点催产素引产的孕妇438例。随机分为2组,研究组实行体位管理联合静脉滴注催产素,根据宫缩调整滴数,观察组采取单纯静脉滴注催产素,比较2组引产效果。结果研究组产妇引产成功率明显高于对照组(P<0.05),在应用催产素时间短,产程短、产后出血量减少,阴道分娩率较高,新生儿Apgar评分等方面与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论体位管理联合催产素引产缩短了产程,减少了产后出血量,降低中转剖率及阴道助产,促进阴道顺产,保障母儿健康安全有良好的分娩结局。
Objective To explore the clinical effects of postural management in promoting the progress of labor during the induction of oxytocin.Methods The data about 438 pregnant women who were admitted and underwent oxytocin induction in our hospital from December 2014 to March 2016 were retrospectively analyzed.The pregnant women were randomly divided into study group and observation group,and the pregnant women in study group were treated by body position management combined with oxytocin intravenous drip,adjusting the number of drops according to the uterine contraction,however,the pregnant women in control group were treated by oxytocin intravenous drip only.The effects of induced labor were observed and compared between two groups.Results The success rate of induced labor in study group was significantly higher than that in control group,there were significant differences in the time of application of oxytocin,birth process,postpartum hemorrhage volume,vaginal delivery rate and Apgar scores of neonates between two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion The postural management combined with oxytocin can shorten birth process,reduce postpartum hemorrhage,decrease cesarean section rate,promote vaginal delivery so as to ensure a good outcome of maternal-infantile health and safety.
