摘要
目的分析患者首次使用无创呼吸机出现不适感的原因,探讨护理干预的方法。方法选取我院呼吸科2016年1—12月收治的50例患者作为研究对象。分析使用无创呼吸机患者出现不适感的原因,制定针对性的护理干预措施,对比干预前后患者的舒适度。结果患者出现不适的原因包括知识缺乏、呼吸机设置不当、胃肠胀气、心理因素、憋闷、呼吸习惯的改变、呼吸道干燥、呼吸不通畅;干预后舒适度评分更高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论根据首次使用无创呼吸机患者出现不适感的原因采取相应的护理干预,可提高患者的舒适度。
Objective To analyze the causes of discomfort in patients with non-invasive ventilator for the first time,and to discuss the methods of nursing intervention.Methods 50 cases of patients admitted to department of respiration in our hospital from January to December 2016 were selected as the research subjects.To analyze the causes of discomfort in patients with noninvasive ventilator,and develop targeted nursing interventions to compare the comfort of patients before and after intervention.Results The patient causes discomfort,including the lack of knowledge of the ventilator settings improper,flatulence,psychological factors,distress,breathing habits change,respiratory dry,breathing is not smooth,the intervention of comfort score higher,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The corresponding nursing intervention based on the first use of the causes of discomfort in patients with noninvasive ventilator can improve the comfort of the patients.
