摘要
当前人们对"社会心理服务体系"的内涵和外延争议颇多。严格来讲,"社会心理服务体系"是"社会心理的服务体系",它截然不同于心理健康服务体系。社会心理服务体系建设应该从国家和社会治理体系现代化的高度出发,突破旧有的"心理健康服务"观念,着重解决宏观社会心理问题;为此,需要建立专责的行政主体,加强工作的科学性,建设专业人才队伍,协调发挥市场和政府的作用。
Currently there are various controversies over the connotation and denotation of the concept of Societal Psychological Service System(SPSS).Strictly speaking,SPSS is the service system oriented to societal psychology issues,which is completely different from the mental health service system.The construction of SPSS should follow the demand of national and social governance systems modernization,break though the traditional idea of mental health service,and chiefly focus on solving the macro societal psychological problems.To push the construction work,it is necessary to set up a special administrative subject,scientifically carry out work,cultivate professional talents,and coordinate the roles of market and government.
