摘要
目的:探讨缺血性卒中ASCO分型和TOAST的差异。方法:连续采集237例缺血性卒中临床资料,根据两种分型标准进行分型,然后对各种分型构成比及两者的一致性进行分析。结果:ASCO-1分型增加大动脉硬化型性比例,降低小血管性及病因不明型的比例;一致性方面:TOAST/ASCO-1特定病因型最高,K=1,心源性栓塞次之,K=0.965,大动脉粥样硬化型仍有较好一致性,K=0.50。结论:TOAST分型与ASCO分型一致性高,ASCO分型提高大动脉硬化型比例,降低不明原因型比例,ASCO分型较TOAST分型病因诊断更为全面。
Objective:To discuss the difference of ischemia stroke etiology subtype ASCO and TOAST.Method:The 237 patients clinic data were adopted continuously according two etiological classification criteria,we analyze the proportion and the accordance.Result:The Al proportion had been increased,the SI and SUE had been decreased among ASCO1,the accor-dance of SOE and ASC01 is the highest,K value is 1,GE is the second,K value is 0.965,LAA also has a good accordance,K value is 0.50.Conclusion:The accordance between TOAST and ACSO has a nice consistence,the subtype of ASCO can en-lighten the LAA proportion and reduce the SUE proportion.The classification of ASCO has a better all-round etiology role than TOAST.
