电控柴油机高海拔模拟试验系统开发及性能试验研究 被引量:2

摘要 依据我国高原地区大气环境特点,开发了柴油机高海拔模拟试验系统。该系统由柴油机低温舱、进气低温调节子系统、进排气压力调节子系统组成,可模拟0~6000m海拔的大气压力和温度。利用该模拟试验系统,对某电控共轨柴油机进行了不同海拔(0m、3000m、4000m、5500m)全负荷速度特性试验和不同转速负荷特性试验,研究了不同海拔大气压力对电控高压共轨柴油机动力性、经济性的性能影响规律。试验结果表明:海拔高度的变化对电控共轨柴油机低转速动力性造成严重影响,在海拔低于5500m、转速低于1000r/min的情况下,功率下降超过57.31%。 According as atmosphere conditions on the plateau,a high altitude simulating test system was developed for diesel.The system is consisted of low temperature simulation cabin,intake low temperature simulation subsystem,intake and exhaust pressure simulation subsystem.The system can simulate the atmosphere pressure and temperature corresponding to the altitude from 0 to 6000m for the medium-sized diesel engine.Base on this system,the full load speed characteristic test and different speeds load characteristic test at the altitude of 0m,3000m,4000m and 5200m were done.The impacts of atmosphere pressure of different altitude on electronic controlled common rail diesel performances were studied.Results show that the electronic controlled common rail diesel had a bad dynamic performance at low speed when the altitude increased,especially,when it run at 5500m and at a speed of lower than 1000r/min,its power decreased more than 57%.
