摘要
目的分析综合护理应用于持续皮下注射胰岛素糖尿病患者护理中的效果。方法选取2013年5月~2016年10月于本院收治的持续皮下注射胰岛素糖尿病患者中选取100例,随机分为两组,常规护理为对照组护理模式,综合护理为观察组护理模式,对比两组护理效果。结果与护理前比较,两组患者护理后各项血糖水平均有所降低,且观察组降低幅度更大(P<0.05);观察组中没有患者出现Somogyi现象、黎明现象与酮症酸中毒现象,只有1例患者出现了低血糖,不良事件发生率为2.00%;对照组患者没有出现Somogyi现象与黎明现象,由5例患者出现了酮症酸中毒现象,7例出现了低血糖现象,不良事件发生率为24.00%。观察组不良事件发生率为2.00%,低于对照组的24.00%(P<0.05);观察组护理依从性为96.00%,高于对照组的70.00%(P<0.05)。结论综合护理应用于持续皮下注射胰岛素糖尿病患者护理中的效果显著,值得推广。
Objective To analyze the effect of comprehensive nursing in the continuous subcutaneous injection of insulin in patients with diabetes mellitus.Methods From May 2013 to October 2016,100 cases of continuous subcutaneous insulin inpatients admitted to our hospital were selected and randomly divided into two groups.The routine nursing was the control group nursing mode,the comprehensive nursing was the observation group nursing mode,Compare two groups of nursing effects.Results Before the nursing,the blood glucose levels of both groups were decreased after the nursing,and the observation group had a greater reduction(P<0.05);no Somogyi phenomenon occurred in the observation group,and the phenomenon of dawn and ketoacidosis Only 1 patient had hypoglycemia and the incidence rate of adverse events was 2.00%.There was no Somogyi phenomenon and dawn phenomenon in the control group.Ketoacidosis was observed in 5 cases,hypoglycemia in 7 cases,The incidence of adverse events was 24.00%.The incidence of adverse events in the observation group was 2.00%,which was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The compliance of the observation group was 96.00%,which was higher than 70.00%of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of comprehensive nursing on the continuous subcutaneous injection of insulin in patients with diabetes mellitus is significant and can be promoted.
