瑞舒伐他汀联合依折麦布对老年脑梗死患者C反应蛋白及可溶性细胞粘附分子-1影响研究 被引量:15

Effect of rosuvastatin on C-reactive protein and soluble cell adhesion molecule-1 in elderly patients with cerebral infarction

摘要 目的探究瑞舒伐他汀联合依折麦布对脑梗死患者C反应蛋白(CRP)及可溶性细胞粘附分子-1(s ICAM-1)影响。方法选取本院2013年6月~2016年6月入院治疗的脑梗死患者624例,按照随机数法分为观察组和对照组各312例。两组患者入院后都分别给予降压类、抗血小板聚集药物常规治疗(除急性期外),观察组给予口服瑞舒伐他汀(10 mg,1次/d)联合依折麦布片(10 mg,1次/d),对照组口服瑞舒伐他汀(10 mg,1次/d)。对比两组治疗前后的CRP及s ICAM-1水平。结果治疗后观察组颈动脉粥样斑块横截面积显著减小(P<0.05),对照组则无明显改变。hs-CRP水平两组均显著降低(P<0.05),但两组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组不良反应无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组患者s ICAM水平明显降低,对照组s ICAM水平降低程度大于观察组,差异显著具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论单独使用瑞舒伐他汀或联合依折麦布都能明显降低血脂及s ICAM-1,联合使用时降低效果更加明显,且对动脉粥样硬化(AS)斑块具有一定逆转作用。 Objective To investigate the effect of rosuvastatin on C-reactive protein and soluble cell adhesion molecule-1 in patients with cerebral infarction.Methods A total of 624 patients with cerebral infarction were admitted to our hospital from June 2013 to June 2016.According to the random number method,they were divided into the observation group and the control group with 312 patients each.The patients in the two groups were treated with conventional drugs and were given blood pressure and antiplatelet drugs(except for the acute phase).The patients in the observation group were treated with rosuvastatin 10 mg 1 time/day.The control group was treated with oral administration of rosuvastatin 10 mg 1 time/day.Results After treatment,the carotid artery atherosclerotic plaque cross-sectional area was significantly decreased(P<0.05),and the control group showed no significant change.Treatment hs-CRP levels were significantly lower(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Compared with the control group,the level of sICAM in the control group decreased significantly more than that in the observation group(P<0.05).Conclusion Rosuvastatin alone or ezetimibe combined with rosuvastatin significantly reduce blood lipids and serum sICAM-1.The rosuvastatin combined with ezetimibe can substantially reduce atherosclerotic plaque area,and more efficiently reduce serum sICAM-1.
