摘要
目的探讨综合护理干预在小儿发育性髋关节脱位术的临床应用。方法选取我院2015年1月至2017年1月收治发育性髋关节脱位术患儿166例,随机分为研究组与对照组,各83例。对照组进行常规护理,研究组在对照组的基础上给予综合护理干预。分析两组患儿的髋关节评分、住院时间、术后疼痛出现时间与并发症发生情况。结果护理后,两组患儿的髋关节评分均改善,且研究组优于对照组(P<0.05);研究组患儿的住院时间与术后疼痛出现时间均优于对照组(P<0.05);两组患儿的并发症总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论对于小儿发育性髋关节脱位术后患儿进行综合护理,可改善髋关节评分情况,缩短患者的住院时间,降低并发症的发生率。
Objective To explore the clinical application of comprehensive nursing intervention in pediatric developmental hip dislocation.Methods A total of 166 patients with pediatric developmental hip dislocation admitted in our hospital from January 2015 to January 2017 were selected and randomly divided into study group and control group,with 83 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the study group received comprehensive nursing intervention on the basis of the control group.The hip scores,hospital stays,postoperative pain occurred time and complications of the two groups were analyzed.Results After nursing,the hip scores of both groups improved,and that in the study group was better than the control group(P<0.05);the hospital stays and postoperative pain occurred time of the study group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidences of adverse reactions in the two groups were not significantly different(P>0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention on pediatric developmental hip dislocation can improve the hip score,shorten the patients'hospital stays,and reduce the incidence of complications.
