摘要
根系分泌物是烟草化感作用的重要来源,与烟草连作障碍的发生有密切联系。根据已有研究,对烟草根系分泌物的组成成分、释放途径、化感作用以及研究方法进行了综述,并对根系化感物质分离提纯、根系分泌物与土壤根际环境的交互作用、根系分泌物对土壤微生物的影响等研究方向进行了展望。
Root exudates are an important source of tobacco allelopathic effects and are closely associated with the tobacco continuous cropping discorder.Based on previous studies,the composition,release pathway,allelopathic effects and research methods of tobacco root exudates are reviewed.Future research direction on separation and purification of allelo-chemicals from root exudates,interaction between root exudates and soil rhizosphere environment,and effect of root exudates on soil microorganisms was prospected.
