摘要
目的对甲亢患者^(131)I治疗前后的TRAb浓度变化进行分析,以观察其病症变化及预后效果。方法选取该院2015年1月—2016年1月初诊确诊后到其他医院接受(131)I治疗后到该院复诊的60例甲亢患者作为观察组,同时选取在该院进行健康体检的60名健康人员,对两组人员的血清TRAb浓度进行检测,以对观察组患者治疗前后TRAb浓度变化进行分析。结果与正常人员相比,观察组患者治疗前血清TRAb浓度为(83.47±42.14)U/L,差异有统计学意义(t=8.634,P<0.05);此外,随着时间增加,治疗后3、6、12个月观察组血清TRAb含量逐渐降低但与对照组对比,差异有统计学意义,分别为(52.78±41.23)U/L(t=6.327,P<0.05)、(22.54±21.37)U/L(t=5.182,P<0.05)、(18.76±10.25)U/L(t=4.836,P<0.05),其中,治疗后18个月观察组患者血清TRAb浓度为(3.42±5.14)U/L,与正常人员相比,差异无统计学意义(t=0.937,P>0.05)。结论 TRAb变化与甲亢患者的疾病发生以及病程、病症复发有着一定的相关性,是临床诊断及疗效评价的重要依据。
Objective To analyze the changes of TRAb of hyperthyroidism patients before and after the(131)I treatment and observe the disease changes and prognosis.Methods 60 cases of hyperthyroidism patients confirmed in the first visit in our hospital from January 2015 to January 2016 and for second visit in other hospitals after the(131)I treatment were selected as the observation group,and 60 cases of healthy staff for healthy physical examination in our hospital were selected,and the serum TRAb concentration of the two groups was tested,thus analyzing the changes of TRAb concentration changes before and after treatment in the observation groiup.Results The serum TRAb contration in the observation group before treatment was(83.47±42.14)U/L,and the difference between the normal staff and patients in the observation group was statistically significant(t=8.634,P<0.05),besides,with the increase of the time,the serum TRAb content in 3,6,12 months after treatment gradually decreased and the difference was obvious,respectively(52.78±41.23)U/L(t=6.327,P<0.05),(22.54±21.37)U/L(t=5.182,P<0.05),(18.76±10.25)U/L(t=4.836,P<0.05),and after treatment,the serum TRAb concentration in the observation group after 18 months was(3.42±5.14)U/L,and the difference was not statistically significant(t=0.937,P>0.05).Conclusion The changes of TRAb have a certain correlation with the occurrence of diseases and recurrence of diseases of patients with hyperthyroidism,which is a major basis for the clinical diagnosis and evaluation of curative effect.
