摘要
该文在结构化电子病历系统的基础上,引入国际疾病编码ICD10及中医病证及分类代码。作为医生录入诊断时结构化录入的首要元素。在此基础上根据计算机统计结果,筛选出医院常见病每科3~5个,并根据西医诊断确定对应的中医病证及分类代码。参考卫生部及国家中医药管理局下发的常见病西医诊疗方案及中医辨证施治方案,结合该院实际制定出医院各科常见病中西医诊疗方案。并以此为基础制作临床路径。
The paper introduces the international disease code ICD10 and disease syndrome of TCM and sort code as the primary elements of structural records.3~5 common diseases in hospital are screened out on the basis of computer statistical results,and the corresponding TCM disease syndrome and sort code are determined according to the western medicine diagnosis.We should work out the diagnosis and treatment plan of TCM and western medicine of common diseases in various departments combined with the practical conditions in our hospital and common diseases western medicine diagnosis and treatment plan and plan of differentiation of symptoms and signs in traditional Chinese medicine issued by the Ministry of Health and State Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine and also work out the clinical path on the basis of the above plans.
