摘要
目的分析中医药健康管理在社区二型糖尿病管理中的应用效果。方法将2015年1—12月期间在该院就诊的108例社区2型糖尿病患者作为研究对象,通过投掷硬币法随机分成A组(中医药健康管理)和B组(常规健康管理),54例/组。比较两组体质量指数、血糖浓度、并发症发生情况以及生活质量评分。结果 A组患者干预1年后体质量指数(23.54±2.20)kg/m^2、空腹血糖(6.11±1.25)mmol/L、餐后2 h血糖(7.54±1.27)mmol/L以及神经病变、肾脏病变、视网膜病变、血管病变发生率(1.85%、0.00%、0.00%、1.85%)均较B组更低(P<0.05);且A组患者心理维度、身体维度、物质生活状态维度、社会关系维度、总生活质量评分分别为(83.36±5.52)分、(84.29±5.36)分、(85.58±6.69)分、(82.98±5.36)分、(84.48±4.36)分,与B组患者干预后数据相比均明显更高(P<0.05)。结论中医药健康管理应用在社区2型糖尿病管理中可有效控制患者的血糖水平,预防并发症,改善体质,效果十分理想。
Objective To analyze the application effect of traditional Chinese medicine health management in the management of community type 2 diabetes.Methods 108 cases of community type 2 diabetes patients diagnosed in our hospital from January to December 2015 were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into two groups with 54 cases in each,the group A and in the group B were respectively treated with traditional Chinese medicine health management and routine health management,and the quality index,blood glucose concentration,occurrence of complications and quality of life score were compared between the two groups.Results After one-year intervention,the quality index,fasting blood glucose,2 h postpradial blood glucose and incidence rates of nerve lesion,renal lesion,retinopathy and vasculopathy in the group A were respectively(23.54±2.20)kg/m2,(6.11±1.25)mmol/L,(7.54±1.27)mmol/L,(1.85%、0.00%、0.00%、1.85%),which were lower than those in the group B(P<0.05);the mental dimension,physical dimension,material life state dimension,social relationship dimension and total quality of life score in the group A were respectively(83.36±5.52)points,(84.29±5.36)points,(85.58±6.69)points,(82.98±5.36)points,(84.48±4.36)points,which were obviously improved compared with those in the group B after intervention(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of traditional Chinese medicine health management in the community type 2 diabetes management can effectively control the blood glucose level,prevent the complications and improve the constitution,and the effect is very ideal.
