摘要
目的探讨对不明原因复发性自然流产患者采取自拟中药联合黄体酮治疗的临床效果。方法该文选取青州市妇幼保健院在2016年1—12月期间收治的60例不明原因复发性自然流产患者进行研究,按照数字法对患者进行分组,观察组与对照组各30例。其中观察组患者采取自拟中药联合黄体酮治疗,对照组患者单纯采用黄体酮治疗,比较两组患者临床疗效。结果观察组患者临床治疗总有效率为90.0%,明显高于对照组患者76.7%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗前后血清P值分别为(19.78±6.23)、(20.06±6.33)ng/mL,对照组治疗前后血清P值分别为(18.92±5.86)、(19.15±5.79)ng/mL,观察组治疗前后血清P值与对照组相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),两组治疗前后对比均不存在统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组治疗前后血清β-HCG值分别为(18 312.57±22 064.27)、(63 024.36±102 347.41)mIU/mL,对照组治疗前后血清β-HCG值分别为(18 437.24±25 879.34)、(46 127.39±43 986.79)mIU/mL,两组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组治疗后血清β-HCG值与治疗前相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对不明原因的复发性自然流产患者采取自拟中药联合黄体酮治疗方法具有确切的临床治疗效果,具有令人满意的治疗总有效率,能够显著地提高临床治疗效果。
Objective To study the clinical effect of self-made Chinese medicines and progesterone on the unexplained recurrent spontaneous abortion.Methods 60 cases of patients with unexplained recurrent spontaneous abortion in the Qingzhou Maternal and Child Healthcare Hospital from January to December 2016 were selected and divided into two groups with 30 cases in each,the observation group adopted the self-made Chinese medicines and progesterone,while the control group only adopted the progesterone,and the clinical curative effect was compared between the two groups.Results The total clinical treatment effective rate in the observation group was obviously higher than that in the control group,(90.0%vs 76.7%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the serum P values before and after treatment in the observation group and in the control group were respectively(19.78±6.23),(20.06±6.33)ng/mL and(18.92±5.86),(19.15±5.79)ng/mL,and the differences were not statistically significant(P>0.05),and the differences in the serumβ-HCG values before and after treatment between the observation group and the control group were statistically significant,[(18 312.57±22 064.27),(63 024.36±102 347.41)mIU/mL vs(18 437.24±25 879.34),(46 127.39±43 986.79)mIU/mL](P>0.05),and the difference in the serumβ-HCG value of the two groups before and after treatment was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of self-made Chinese medicines and progesterone on the unexplained recurrent spontaneous abortion is definite with the satisfactory treatment effective rate,and it can obviously improve the clinical treatment effect.
