摘要
通过气相色谱法对薏苡仁和土壤环境中的毒死蜱和氟虫氰残留进行了检测,并研究了这2种农药在土壤中的消解动态。结果表明:在试验设置的色谱条件下,毒死蜱和氟虫氰的最小检出量分别为0.001和0.002 ng,最低检测浓度分别为0.000 1和0.000 2 mg/kg。在30、20、10℃下,毒死蜱在土壤中的半衰期依次为8.82、10.65、16.91 d,氟虫氰在土壤中的半衰期依次为16.6、23.5、29.4 d。这表明温度越高,农药在土壤中的降解速度越快。
The detection of chlorpyrifos and fluoride-cyanide residue in coix seed and soil environment was carried out by gas chromatography,and the degradation dynamics of these two pesticides in soil were studied.The results showed that the minimum detectable amount of chlorpyrifos and fluoridation was 0.001 and 0.002 ng,respectively,with the lowest detection concentration of 0.000 1 and 0.000 2 mg/kg respectively.At 30,20,10℃,the half-life of chlorpyrifos in 8.82,10.65,16.91 d,the half-life of fluorine worm cyanide was 16.6,23.5,29.4 d in turn.It is indicated that the higher the temperature,the faster the degradation rate of pesticides in soil.
