摘要
工业遗址保护实践始终面临着系统恢复环境生态功能的同时全息地保护展示人类社会工业活动历时信息的逻辑矛盾,本文以世界文化遗址——英国Blaenavon工业遗址生态复育与展示利用为例,通过对英国公共土地制度下公共土地管理模式与工业遗址保护展示模式间的相互关系进行分析,发现以公共土地传统农牧地使用模式为基础,工业遗址作为物种集聚区和野生动物栖息地的保护策略。以公共土地可接近性为基础,工业遗址作为公共户外休闲地的展示模式,成功实现了工业遗址环境生态复育与遗址保护展示间的协同,对我国土地全民所有制与集体所有制的大型郊野工业遗址的保护与展示具有重要的理论借鉴意义。
Industrial site protection practice is always faced with the logical contradiction between the system restore of heritage environment and the holographic protection of human society industrial activity information.This paper takes WHS Blaenavon industrial site as a study sample,and analyzes the interrelationship between common land management and industrial site protection under British common land system,achieving the balance between environment eco-reclamation and site protection,taking industrial site as species concentration area and wildlife habitats on the basis of traditional common land using pattern,such as pasture common and arable common,and taking industrial site as public roam and recreational area on the basis of public access to common land,and provides important theoretical significance for for our large scale industrial site protection.
