摘要
目的分析老年消化内科患者护理中的安全隐患与对策分析。方法选择2014年1月~2016年9月期间我院收入122例消化内科老年患者,根据患者的临床资料,对患者在消化内科住院过程中存在的安全隐患进行分析,将患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各61例,对照组患者采用常规性护理方式,观察组患者采用针对性护理方式,比较两组患者对我科护理满意程度并对护理对策的效果进行分析。结果观察组患者总满意率为90.2%,对照组总满意率为70.4%,观察组明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组患者的SAS和SDS评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组不安全事件(操作不规范、用药指导错误以及患者不配合)发生总比例9.8%明显少于对照组44.2%(P<0.05)。结论对老年消化内科患者护理中存在的安全隐患采用针对性的护理方式,能降低安全事故的发生率,有效提升患者满意度,提高临床护理质量,减少护患纠纷的发生,建议在老年消化内科临床护理中推广使用。
Objective To analyze the potential safety problems and countermeasures in nursing of elderly patients with digestive medicine.Methods From January 2014 to September 2016,one hundred and twenty-two cases of elderly patients in gastroenterology department were selected.According to the clinical data of patients,we analyzed the potential safety hazards of hospitalized patients in gastroenterology department.The patients were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 61 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were treated with routine nursing,and the patients in the observation group were treated with pertinent nursing.Results The total satisfaction rate of the patients in the observation group was 90.2%,the total satisfaction rate of the control group was 70.4%,and the observation group was obviously superior to the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the SAS and SDS scores of the patients in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total proportion of unsafe events in the observation group(unstandardized operation,drug guidance error,and patients mismatch)was 9.8%,significantly less than that in the control group(44.2%)(P<0.05).Conclusion For elderly patients with digestive internal medicine,there are hidden dangers in the nursing care.Targeted nursing methods can reduce the incidence of safety accidents,effectively improve patient satisfaction,improve the quality of clinical nursing,and reduce the occurrence of nurse patient disputes.It is suggested that it should be used in the clinical nursing of the geriatric department of digestive medicine.
