摘要
"互联网+政务服务"服务的对象是群众,服务的目标是要让群众满足。要满足群众的需求,就要让群众拥有更多的获得感。笔者从平台建设和内容建设两个方面,也就是群众的体验感和获得感,探析如何搭建、完善、优化"互联网+政务服务"平台,让群众最多跑一趟。文中列举浙江、贵州等走在全国前列的省市典型做法和先进经验进行辅证,最后总体概括"互联网+政务服务"的发展方向。
The object of“Internet+government services”is the general public,the service goal is to satisfy them.To meet the needs of the masses,we must let the masses have more sense of gain.from the platform construction and content construction two aspects,that is,the masses of the sense of experience and access to a sense of how to build,this paper analyzes how to improve and optimize the“Internet+government services”platform.The author lists in Zhejiang,Guizhou and other countries in the forefront of the provinces and cities of the typical practices and advanced experience to carry out the certificate,finally generally summaries the direction of development of the“network+government services”.
