摘要
"互联网+"热潮给大学生创新创业带来前所未有的机遇和挑战,也对应用型本科院校创新创业人才培养提出了新的要求。笔者结合湖南科技学院的具体情况,从成立创新创业学院、专业师资培训、搭建创新创业能力提升平台和设立专项奖学金四个方面阐述了针对创新创业人才培养进行的一系列的改革与创新,并取得了一定的成效。
Internet+brings unprecedented opportunities and challenges to college students on innovation and entrepreneurship,and puts forward new requirements for creative talent cultivation of application-oriented institutes.Combined with the specific situation of Hunan University of Science and Engineering,the author expounds a series of reform and innovation on the creative talent cultivation from four aspects,which include innovative undertaking college,professional teacher training,innovation platform and special scholarships,to achieve some results.
