摘要
以邻苯甲酰苯甲酸为原料,依次经氯代、酰胺化、Hofmann重排、成环及氯化共5步反应合成了2-氯-4-苯基喹唑啉,总收率20.8%,其结构经~1H NMR和^(13)C NMR确证。
2-Chloro-4-phenylquinazoline with the total yield of 20.8%was synthesized by five-steps reaction of chloridization,amidation,Hofmann rearrangement,cyclization and chlorination,using 2-benzoylbenzoic acid as the starting material.The structure was confirmed by 1 H NMR and 13 C NMR.
