摘要
本文针对复合肥原料、大块半成品的破碎过程中易粘结机壳内壁,机内堵塞,停机清理,劳动强度大等问题,研究出了一种复合肥用立式链条破碎机,并从研发背景、设计原则和实施方案、构造和结构特点、工作原理、技术参数及其应用前景逐一阐述。该设备无论是结构设计上,还是实用性方面,都具有广阔的市场前景。
In this paper,a Crusher of vertical chain for compound fertilizer is studied,aiming at the problems with the broken process of compound fertilizer raw materials and bulk semi-finished products,such as the inner wall of the shell,blocking in the machine,stopping and cleaning,labor intensity,etc.From the background of research,design principles and implementation plan,structural and structural characteristics,working principles,technical parameters and its application prospects.The equipment has broad market prospect in both structural design and practicality.
