摘要
目的分析脑室外引流联合颅内压监测在小脑出血手术患者中的临床应用价值。方法选择2014年10月至2016年10月本院收治的116例小脑出血患者为研究对象,按照随机数表法将入选患者分为对照组和观察组,每组各58例。观察组患者采用脑室外引流联合颅内压监测治疗;对照组患者除未接受脑外室引流外,其他治疗同观察组。详细记录两组患者术后第1、3、7天颅内压的变化情况;术后6个月,统计疗效及并发症发生情况。结果术后第1、3、7天,观察组患者的颅内压均显著低于同时间点对照组(P<0.05)。术后6个月,观察组患者治疗总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05),治疗无效率和并发症发生率均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论脑室外引流联合颅内压监测治疗小脑出血,疗效显著,并发症少,控制性脑室外引流,能够调控患者的颅内压,从而改善患者预后,值得在临床中应用。
Objective To analyze the clinical value of external ventricular drainage combined with intracranial pressure monitoring in patients with surgical treatment of cerebellar hemorrhage.Method 116 patients with cerebellar hemorrhage in Sanya People's Hospital from October 2014 to October 2016 were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group,58 cases in each group.Observation group patients were treated with external ventricular drainage combined with intracranial pressure monitoring,and control group patients had no external ventricular drainage in the treatment scheme,and the others were as the same as observation group.The changes of intracranial pressure at 1,3,7 days after operation were recorded in the two groups of patients,and the effective rate and complications were observed at 6 months after operation.Result 1,3,7 days after operation,the intracranial pressure of observation group patients were significantly lower than that in control group at the same time points(P<0.05).6 months after operation,the total effective rate of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05),and the rate of treatment failure and complication rate were significantly lower than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion External ventricular drainage combined with intracranial pressure monitoring for cerebellar hemorrhage is effective,with fewer complications.Controlled ventricular drainage can regulate intracranial pressure and improve the prognosis of patients.It is worthy of clinical application.
