摘要
为全面了解新疆乌鲁木齐县所辖区域内牛、羊布病的流行情况,2016-2017年随机选取6个乡(镇)的41个行政村散养户(10户/村/年)和19个规模养殖场为采样点,共采集牛、羊血清样品9 589份,收集到流行病学调查表859份。应用虎红平板凝集试验(RBPT)进行初筛,试管凝集试验(SAT)复检,填写流行病学调查表的方法,进行流行病学调查。RBPT、SAT法检测结果表明:2016-2017年乌鲁木齐县总体阳性率为1.57%,其中牛阳性率1.38%、羊阳性率1.73%;散养户牛阳性率1.65%、羊阳性率2.13%;规模养殖场牛阳性率0.51%、羊阳性率1.03%;各乡(镇)之间阳性率有所不同。流行病学调查表结果统计表明:6个乡(镇)之间、散养户和规模养殖场之间在饲养动物来源、外购牲畜是否经进行布病检疫、饲喂方式等方面均有所差异。结合检测结果及流行病学调查表结果,建议对乌鲁木齐县采取以免疫接种为主的防控策略,严格引种,加强日常饲养管理与畜舍环境卫生消毒等工作。
To fully understand the prevalence of brucellosis in cattle and sheep within the jurisdiction of Urumqi County,a total of 41 administrative villages scattering raising-households(10 households/village/year)and 19 large-scale farms in 6 townships(towns)were selected randomly in 2016-2017,a total of 9,589 blood samples were collected from cattle and sheep and 859 copies of epidemiological questionnaire were collected.Epidemiological investigation was carried out by use of primary screening via RBPT,retestingvia SAT,and filling in epidemiological questionnaire.The testing results of RBPT and SAT showed that the overall positive rate in Urumqi County in 2016-2017 was 1.57%,of which,cattle positive rate was 1.38%and sheep positive rate was 1.73%;As for scattering raising-households,the cattle positive rate was 1.65%and the sheep positive rate was 2.13%;As for large-scale farms,the cattle positive rate was 0.51%and the sheep positive rate was 1.03%;The positive rate varies among different townships(towns).The results of epidemiological questionnaire showed that there were differences in livestock origin,whether the oursourcing livestock has undergone quarantine,feeding methods,etc.among six townships(towns),and between scattering raising-households and large-scale farms.According to the testing results and epidemiological questionnaire,it was suggested that the control strategies,mainly included immunization,should be carried out in Urumqi County,and strictly control introduction and improved daily feeding management and environmental sanitation disinfection in barn and other work.
