摘要
城市交通的拥堵与混乱已成为当前我国城市管理的顽疾。从文化的视野来分析城市交通拥堵与混乱的原因,以文化构建的价值理性为主要内容,思考从传统文化、制度文化、行政文化、科技文化、规划文化和经济文化6个方面构建现代城市交通管理的有效策略,可以实现城市交通管理的目标。
Urban traffic congestion and confusion has become the ills of urban management in our country.Urban traffic management can analyze congestion and confusion of the reasons from the view of culture,and the necessity of constructing the culture of value rationality and the main content,and thinking from the traditional culture,the system culture,administrative culture,the culture of science and technology,the six aspects of cultural planning and economic and cultural construction of modern urban traffic management strategy.
