摘要
目的:分析彩色多普勒超声心动图在高血压性心脏病早期诊断中的应用价值。方法:选取某院收治的84例高血压性心脏病患者,按照不同检查方法将其分成对照组与观察组各42例,对照组应用心电图检查,观察组应用彩色多普勒超声心动图检查,对比两种检查方法的应用价值。结果:对照组ST段下降、缺血T波、ST段水平延长的检测灵敏度均高于观察组,对比差异显著(P<0.05);对照组检出左室肥厚、左房肥大的符合率分别为64.3%、31.0%,观察组分别为90.5%、95.2%,观察组均高于对照组,对比差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:彩色多普勒超声心动图在高血压性心脏病早期诊断中具有较高的应用价值,值得推行。
Objective:To analyze the value of color Doppler echocardiography in the early diagnosis of hypertensive heart disease.Methods:84 cases of patients with hypertensive heart disease treated in a hospital were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to the different examination methods,with 42 cases in each group.Electrocardiogram was used in the control group,and color Doppler echocardiography was used in the observation group.The value of the two methods was compared.Results:Compared with the observation group,the sensitivity of ST segment descent,ischemic T wave and the ST segment prolongation in the control group was higher than that in the observation group(P<0.05);The coincidence rate of left ventricular hypertrophy and left atrial hypertrophy in the control group was 64.3%and 31%respectively,and those of observation group was 90.5%and 95.2%respectively.The observation group was higher than the control group,the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Color Doppler echocardiography has high value in early diagnosis of hypertensive heart disease,and is worthy of promotion
