摘要
目的:对CT影像学检查慢性胰腺炎和胰腺癌的临床检查结果进行简要的观察和分析。方法:分别从2014年8月~2016年8月期间某院收治的所有慢性胰腺炎和胰腺癌患者中各选取48例作为研究对象,其中48例慢性胰腺炎患者记为观察组,48例胰腺癌患者记为对照组,观察和对比两组患者CT影像检查的直接征象和间接征象。结果:从直接征象来看,两组患者的病变边缘的清晰程度、胰管的扩张、胰腺的病变、平扫的密度等方面均存在显著的差异,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义;从间接征象来看,两组患者的胆总管的扩张情况、腹腔内的病变情况、胰周围脂肪层的受累情况、胰周围大血管的受累和转移情况均存在显著的差异,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论:从上述慢性胰腺炎和胰腺癌的CT影像检查结果中的直接征象和间接征象表明,可在临床上采用CT影像检查进行慢性胰腺炎和胰腺癌的鉴别诊断。
Objective:To observe and analyze the clinical examination results of chronic pancreatitis and pancreatic cancer by CT imaging.Methods:48 patients with chronic pancreatitis and pancreatic cancer treated in a hospital from August 2014 to August 2016 were selected as the study objects.48 cases of chronic pancreatitis were recorded as observation group and 48 cases of pancreatic cancer as control group,then the direct and indirect signs of CT imaging in the two groups were observed and compared.Results:In terms of direct signs,there were significant differences between the two groups in the clarity of lesion margin,pancreatic duct dilatation,pancreatic lesions and the density of plain scan(P<0.05),and the difference was statistically significant;In terms of indirect signs,there were significant differences between the two groups in the dilation of the common bile duct,the pathological changes in the abdominal cavity,the involvement of the peripancreatic fat layer,and the involvement and metastasis of the great vessels around the pancreas(P<0.05),and the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion:The direct and indirect CT findings of the above mentioned chronic pancreatitis and pancreatic cancer show that CT imaging can be used in clinical diagnosis of chronic pancreatitis and pancreatic cancer.
