股骨近端防旋刀片髓内钉治疗老年患者股骨粗隆间骨折的效果 被引量:8

Effect of proximal femoral nail antirotation on treatment of elderly patients with intertrochanteric fractures

摘要 目的探讨股骨近端防旋刀片髓内钉(PFNA)治疗老年患者股骨粗隆间骨折的效果。方法选取90例老年股骨粗隆间骨折患者作为观察组,均采取PFNA治疗;另选择同时期到院采取动力髋螺钉(DHS)治疗的老年股骨粗隆间骨折患者70例作为对照组,比较2组手术情况。结果观察组手术时间、住院时间以及完全负重时间、术中出血量显著优于对照组(P<0.05);2组治疗优良率和术后并发症发生率无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论采取PFNA治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨折患者具有手术时间短、术中出血量少等优点。 Objective To explore the effect of proximal femoral nail antirotation(PFNA)on treatment of elderly patients with intertrochanteric fractures.Methods A total of 90 elderly patients with intertrochanteric fractures were selected as observation group,and they were treated with PFNA.A total of 70 elderly patients with intertrochanteric fractures by treatment of dynamic hip screw were selected as control group.Surgical effect was compared between two groups.Results Compared with the control group,operation time,hospitalization time,full weight-bearing time and blood loss in the observation group were significantly better(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in excellent rate and postoperative complications between two groups(P>0.05).[WTHZ]Conclusion PFNA has advantages such as short operation time and less blood loss in the treatment of elderly patients with intertrochanteric fractures.
