摘要
[目的/意义]探索新能源产业技术网络的结构特征及其演变,为其产业发展战略选择提供依据。[方法/过程]以中国知识产权局公开的2006-2017年企业专利申请数据,利用关联规则挖掘方法计算太阳能发电各技术领域之间交互影响值,构建了太阳能发电技术网络。基于社会网络分析方法,对太阳能发电技术网络中的网络结构特征及其演变情况进行分析。[结果/结论]研究结果表明,从2006年到2017年太阳能发电的专利技术领域不断聚焦,并收敛于部分技术领域。从太阳能发电技术网络结构特征来看,其表现为明显的小世界特征和"核心——边缘"结构。度数中心性、中介中心性等指标均体现了网络集中趋势,演变过程表现为逐渐聚焦,经历了核心多极化,核心集聚,核心扩散三个阶段,反映出太阳能发电技术从多元化的技术领域发展推进到核心技术领域的发展过程。
[Purpose/Significance]The paper explores the structural characteristics and evolution of the new energy industry technology network,and provides the basis for its industrial development strategy choice.[Method/Process]Based on the data of enterprise patent application published by China Intellectual Property Office in 2006-2017,the association rule mining method was used to calculate the cross-impacts value between solar power generation technology,and the solar power generation technology network was constructed.The characteristics of network structure and the evolution of solar power technology network are analyzed based on the social network analysis method.[Result/Conclusion]The results show that the solar power technology has been focused and converged to some technical fields from 2006 to 2017.The Solar power technology network shows obvious characteristics of a small world network and"core-peripheral"structure.Degree centrality,betweenness centrality and other indicators are reflected in the network concentration trend.The evolutionary process is gradually focused.And it has experienced three stages:core multi-polarization,core aggregation and core diffusion,which reflects the development of solar power technology from diversified technology field development to core technology field.
