摘要
目的将穴位埋线治疗法实行于气滞血瘀型癥瘕(子宫肌瘤)患者的治疗中,观察其临床效果。方法 2017年7-11月在重庆市黔江区中医院门诊及住院部就诊的40例气滞血瘀型癥瘕(子宫肌瘤)患者作为研究对象,分组采取随机的方法,桂枝茯苓丸法用于对照组20例患者,穴位埋线疗法用于试验组20例患者,对比2组效果。结果试验组治疗总有效率、治疗之后的月经周期评分、月经经期评分、肌瘤体积对比对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论气滞血瘀型癥瘕(子宫肌瘤)患者采取穴位埋线治疗法呈现良好效果。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of acupoint catgut embedding therapy in the treatment of patients with qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome(hysteromyoma).Methods From July to November 2017,40 patients with qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome(uterine fibroids)were treated in the outpatient department and inpatient department of Qianjiang district traditional Chinese medicine hospital in Chongqing.The patients were randomly divided into two groups.The control group(n=20)was given Guizhi Fuling pills and the experimental group(n=20)was given acupoint catgut embedding therapy.The effect of the two groups was compared.Results The total effective rate,the menstrual cycle score after treatment,the menstrual period score,and the volume of the fibroids of the experimental group compared to the control group,had significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupoint catgut embedding therapy is effective in patients with qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome.
